南米ボリビア アマゾンのワイルドカカオは、スイス政府との共同企画商品としてアマゾン流域の野生のカカオ１本１本の木に名札をつけて保護、管理をしておりますが収穫量も少なく、希少な原料となっています。
この度、スイス以外初めて海外へデビューすることになります。
ワイルドカカオはコーヒー同様収穫する地域によりそれぞれ個性的な味を持っています。
EcoTerra offers high quality Amazonian Nuts (Paranut), the exotic wild cacao, and nutrient-rich cereals such as Quinoa and Amaranth from Bolivia.
The wild cacao of the Amazon is a joint project with the Bolivian and Swiss government. A name card is placed on each wild cacao tree in a designated area of the Amazon Basin to manage and protect its small, precious harvest.
The wild cacao has a unique identifying taste according to where it is grown, similar to coffee.
